A New Perspective on Money


Take this into consideration:
"If you keep doing what you have been doing, then you're going to keep getting what you have been getting."
When it comes to money, what are your values? Where did they come from? You are likely just like me. You believe that in order to change your financial situation then you should be working hard in a good paying job with benefits, and if you don't have a career or decent salary you should be working two or three jobs, right? Putting money away in savings regularly, right?
Wrong!
Answer this question for me. Who do you know that is wealthy who did it that way?Probably not one person. Especially the ones who taught you that's the way to gain wealth. The reason is
pretty clear. How can your finances increase when the more you make the government takes their unfair
share right off the top before you even get to see how much you made? Think about it. Have you ever put in
long hours, even over-time, and you just knew that this check was going to be the big one? You probably
were on your cell phone doing the math to calculate how much your check would be all week. It's not just
me who's been there before. Only to find out Uncle Sam was just as happy as you were, and the
government took almost double what they normally take out! I mean, we knew they would take out more,
but never did we think it would be that much. Seriously. Where else do they do that at? And I did not even
touch on the subject of bills! Anyways. . . No complaints over here because like my mother taught me:
When there's a will, there's a way. And like I always say, "you can't stop an over-comer." If your're
dissatisfied with how your financial situation has been looking through the years then it's time to make a
change to how you have been perceiving what to do with money. Because truthfully, most financially middle
and lower class families has never been taught how to make money work for them, versus them working for
money. Sometimes with all the hours you work it's hard to find the time to educate yourself on other ways of
money handling. And with so many gurus out here on the internet that have the knowledge of how to
increase your cash flow, but they feel like it's a secret they want you to pay them to find out, or purchase a
book or program. . .who wants to even deal with that? Well that's what I enjoy doing these days. I research
different sources of what I believe to be reputable resources to find out more information on money and the
ways to make it grow by working for you. I preach "each one, teach one." We all are here on earth to
help one another. We help in the ways we can.
Therefore, as I move forward in my journey to educate myself on how to change my current financial status, I will be sharing helpful tips, links, insight, motivation, and more so that perhaps you too can change how your money works for you!
